At PrinterPartsHub.com, we know you're eager to get your printer parts, and we work hard to send them to you quickly and safely. This page explains how we ship your orders. We've made it super simple to understand!

 

Where We Deliver
We ship all over India! Right now, we don't ship to other countries.

 

How Long Until Your Order Arrives?

Once you place your order, here's what happens:

  1. Getting Your Order Ready (1-2 Business Days): First, we take about 1 to 2 business days to get your order packed up and ready. "Business days" mean Monday to Friday, not including public holidays.
  2. Delivery Time: After your order is ready and picked up, how long it takes to reach you depends on where you live:

Ø  Big Cities (like Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru): You can expect your delivery in about 3 to 5 business days.

Ø  Other Cities & Towns: It might take a bit longer, around 5 to 8 business days.

Ø  Faraway Places: For very distant areas, it could take up to 10 to 12 business days.

Important to Know: These times are estimates. Sometimes, things like bad weather, public holidays, or unexpected issues with our delivery partners can cause small delays. We'll always do our best to keep you updated if this happens!


How Much Does Shipping Cost?


The shipping cost depends on how much your order is and where you live. You'll always see the exact shipping cost at the checkout page before you pay.


How We Send Your Order

 

We work with trusted delivery companies all over India to make sure your items get to you safely.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order leaves our hub, we'll send you an email. This email will have a tracking number and a link so you can check where your package is at any time.

If you don't get a tracking number email within 2 business days of placing your order, please get in touch with us!


What if You're Not Home for Delivery?

Our delivery partners usually try to deliver your package 2 to 3 times. If you're not there, they might:

  • Leave a note telling you how to get your package redelivered or where you can pick it up from their local office.
  • Call you on your phone to set up a new delivery time.

If they try a few times and still can't deliver, the package might come back to us. If that happens, we'll contact you to either arrange to send it again (which might have extra shipping charges) or give you a refund (but we'd keep the original shipping cost).

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged Package: If your package looks damaged when it arrives, try not to accept it from the delivery person if you can. If you do accept it, please take photos of the damage before opening the box. Then, contact our customer service team right away (within 24 hours) with the photos and details.
  • Lost Package: If your tracking shows your package is lost, or if you haven't received it within the estimated time (plus a few extra days), please contact us. We'll work with the delivery company to find your package or arrange a replacement for you.
